How we work with you and your employees
Employee Professionals is a Professional Employer Organization (PEO); taking good care of your employees is our only business.
Highlights
- In order to offer your company our low workers' comp and SUTA rates and our group healthcare and retirement benefits, we are legally required to maintain your employees on our payroll. You and we are, in effect, co-employers.

How we charge for our services
Highlights
- We provide all our services (except benefits) for a low, fixed percentage of your total payroll.
- In determining the percentage, we take into account the Workers' Compensation class codes for all your employees.
- Each pay period, you submit hours worked per employee, along with work codes. We calculate the payroll and submit the total to you for approval. Then we simply debit the designated account.
- We provide standard and customized payroll reports plus job costing and labor distribution.
- Our complete service package usually costs less than your current employee overhead.
