We offer outstanding healthcare and retirement savings plans as options to help you attract and retain the best employees. We make it simple, too, because we handle enrollment and administration as well as paycheck deductions for payments and deposits. And, we can customize employer contributions to fit your situation.

Healthcare

Group healthcare, including major medical, dental, and vision coverage, is available at large-group rates for your full-time and part-time employees. We know these plans are good, because we subscribe to them ourselves. In Florida, we offer a Blue Cross Blue Shield plan that lets us rate each client based on their unique demography and claims history, typically resulting in significantly lower premiums.

Not all your employees have to have the same coverage; they can pick and choose from the plans we offer. If you want features that our standard plans don't offer, we'll even customize a program for you using other carriers.

New Cost-Saving Medical Plans for Florida

Employee Professionals has contracted with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida to offer health benefits to Employee Professional clients in Florida. Unlike prior years, the new health program will allow Employee Professionals to individually rate each client group based on its unique demographic and claims history. Because of this, we are able to offer significant savings to many of our clients.

Section 125 cafeteria plans reduce tax burden

Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code, enacted by Congress in 1978, allows companies to give employees the opportunity to pay for benefits on a pretax basis, reducing payroll-related taxes for your employees. You control benefit expenditures through a "cafeteria" plan with a menu of options. Instead of providing a determined set of benefits, each employee is given an amount of "benefit dollars" roughly equal to the employer's expenditure for that person's benefits. Employees then choose from a menu of benefits selected by you.

We can set up a Section 125 cafeteria plan for your company even if you don't subscribe to our healthcare benefits, to help you reduce the tax burden on your employees.

Insurance

Your employees also qualify for additional optional (voluntary) coverages, including life, short-term and long-term disability, cancer indemnification, intensive care, and accident.

Your company can have its own customized 401K retirement savings plan, which will be subject to regulatory participation and "top-heavy" testing. You employees manage their own accounts via a web portal on our home page.
