Confidentiality. We scrupulously adhere to the terms of our confidentiality agreement with you. You can be assured that your company's confidential information is secure with us.

All payroll data is fully encrypted both at rest and in transit, so it is useless to hackers. We maintain a full disaster-recovery remote site, and all data is backed up nightly. We communicate with our clients via a virtual private network (VPN) with secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption and full authentication and authorization protocols. Finally, our IT infrastructure is subject to regular security audits by Ernst & Young.In addition to these network safeguards, we shred all sensitive paperwork nightly.
