Workers' Compensation Claims

We handle every aspect of worker's compensation claims so you don't have to spend time and resources on this time-consuming process. The typical claim involves the following steps:

  1. You notify us of an injury incident.
  2. We will assist in obtaining medical attention, if required.
  3. We perform or arrange for immediate drug testing of the subject.
  4. We conduct an investigation, interviewing the subject, subject's supervisor and any witnesses. We also review hospital and physician reports.
  5. We prepare and submit all paperwork to the insurance underwriter.
  6. We work with the insurance adjustor who adjudicates the claim.
  7. We monitor the situation until the subject returns to work.
  8. If the subject has been cleared to return to work by the physician, but claims to be unable to do so, we arrange for a second opinion and/or tests (e.g. an MRI).
  9. If the subject is cleared but still refuses to return to the job, we offer a light-duty program or, if the subject is clearly malingering, we terminate him or her on your behalf.

We keep you completely informed throughout the process.
